4. Delivery Process

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at your provided address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• If delivery fails on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made. Further attempts will depend on the courier service’s policy.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer a cash-on-delivery option for all orders.
• Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for payment during delivery.

6. Damaged During Transit

• If you notice any damage to the package during delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns Policy

• Returns can be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for returns.

• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
