  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for returns.

  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@easykmart.in or via WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.

  • Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging if requested.

4. Return Pickup:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Return Approval:

  • After receiving the product, our team will inspect it. If the product meets the return conditions, the return will be approved.


Refund Policy


1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are applicable for approved returns or orders canceled before dispatch.

  • In cases where the product is unavailable, and the order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund.

2. Refund Process:

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank account details.

3. Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.

4. Partial Refunds:

  • If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
